Your first visit

During your initial appointment, our front desk team assists with any necessary forms and collects all your medical and dental information. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early and bring details of your medical history, dental insurance, and medications. Financial policy

We offer direct insurance billing to most providers to simplify your experience. Keep in mind that your insurance policy is an agreement between you, your employer, and your insurance company. Appointment policy

To provide the best possible care, we schedule each patient for a reserved time tailored to their treatment needs. We request two business days’ notice for changes or cancellations.
